Here’s What To Expect

A Celebrated Celebrant.

Before the wedding, our officiant will work with you to craft a custom, legal ceremony featuring any vows, traditions, or readings that are important to you both. We welcome both religious or non-religious celebrations. While Hello Love does provide a State- Commissioned Officiant we gladly welcome outside officiants to preside over your nuptials upon request.

A masterful Photographer.

A local photographer will capture all the magic of your big day! Photographing the ceremony, friends, family and some shots of just the couple. Let’s not forget capturing those timeless candid moments. You will receive a minimum of 70 high resolution images via an online gallery.

Hello Love will secure your big day with some of Richmond’s most sought after venues and locations. Central Virginia has some of the state's most beautiful parks, ballrooms and waterfront restaurants. Whether your jam is a floor to ceiling river-view, an Insta-worthy crafted house or a historic museum we have you covered.

Hello Love has partnerships with some of RVA’s best florists for the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets. Just let us know your colors and we will pick the best seasonal flowers for your wedding day. Here in central VA we are so lucky to have the best bakeries and Hello Love provides only the best cakes for your guest count. If cake isn’t your thing lets find the perfect sweet treat to celebrate.

Our partnership with award winning fine dining restaurants and catering services provides our couples with only the best for their family and guests. A limited number of packages include plated meals, while others allow the addition of appetizers.
