Meet Tia

Founder of Hello Love


Hello Love! I am Tia Ballard-Bryant a State commissioned wedding officiant and Micro-Wedding specialist who presides over weddings in Virginia and North Carolina. I also happen to be the founder of this city’s favorite little wedding service. Our team of officiants, photographers and planners, who work together to create and facilitate ceremonies that connect couples to their communities as well as themselves. Working with partners to forge lifelong memories is my passion. A true Georgia girl born and raised in my absolute favorite place, Savannah. Telling love stories is my Jam. I believe LOVE is our most powerful resource and belongs to ALL of us. I am an ice cream snob, an earring fanatic, and I love all things Coming to America. Watching Curb your Enthusiasm is my favorite pastime!

    •State Commissioned and Licensed Wedding Officiant

    • Pre-wedding consultation to gather details on your relationship and vision.

    • A personal and customized wedding ceremony script.

    • One-hour “wedding workshop” (ceremony planning session closer to the wedding date) to go over the timeline and logistics for the wedding day.

    • Arrival 30 minutes before the ceremony at the site.

    • Signing and mailing of your marriage license.

    • Wedding location within 60 miles (round trip) of 23225.

    • Any additional mileage will be charged $1/mile (round-trip).

    • Two witnesses, not provided, must be in attendance to sign the marriage license in the states that require witnesses.

    • Ceremony rehearsal is not included in this package but is strongly recommended for wedding parties larger than four.

    • A unique and charming ceremony designed with you in mind

    •Complete rehearsal at a location of your choice at/near your wedding venue.

    • Signing and mailing of your marriage license.

    • Two witnesses, not provided, must be in attendance to sign the marriage license in the states that require witnesses.
